Thank you for shopping with Beautylla. Please read these terms carefully before using the site or placing an order — they set out the relationship between you and the store operator.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Beautylla site you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any of them, please stop using the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. If you are ordering on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
3. Account and Sign-In
You sign in with your phone number using a verification code sent to it. You are responsible for keeping your phone and number secure, and for any order placed from your account. You may browse and add items to your bag without an account; signing in is required only to place the order.
4. Products and Prices
We make reasonable efforts to describe and price every product accurately, though colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Prices are in Qatari Riyals, inclusive, and may change without notice; the binding price is the one shown when you place your order. A product may sell out after you add it to your bag, in which case we will tell you before delivery.
5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy, and the order is accepted when we confirm it. We may refuse or cancel an order where stock has run out, a price was listed in error, or we suspect misuse — and we will tell you if that happens.
6. Payment
Payment is cash on delivery. We do not ask for or store card details, and no member of our staff or delivery team will ever ask you for them.
7. Delivery
We deliver within the State of Qatar to the address you choose at checkout. Any delivery fee is calculated and shown in your order summary before you confirm. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct — if we cannot reach you, your order may be delayed or cancelled.
8. Cancellation, Exchange and Returns
You may cancel an order before it goes out for delivery by contacting us. On delivery, if a product is damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of receiving it with photographs showing the problem, and we will arrange an exchange or a refund. For health reasons, cosmetics and personal-care products cannot be returned once opened or unsealed unless they are faulty.
9. Privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos and design on this site are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission. Trademarks of the products we sell remain the property of their owners.
11. Disclaimer
The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect loss arising from its use. Nothing on the site replaces professional advice — if you have allergies or a skin condition, check the product ingredients and consult your doctor before use.
12. Notifications
We may send you notifications about your orders by SMS or within the site. These are part of the service and cannot be switched off while you have an open order.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, bearing the last-updated date above, is the one in force. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
