The K18 mask goes on after shampoo, with no conditioner before it, a 4-minute wait and no rinsing. Olaplex No.3PLUS goes on wet hair before shampooing for 3 minutes, is rinsed out, and is followed by shampoo and conditioner. Miracle Hair Rescue is an after-wash spray for clean, damp hair, with a 90-second wait and no rinsing. Which to choose depends on your needs and the step you would rather add.
Both are the same leave-in repair mask with a 4-minute wait. The 15 ml size suits trying it out or travelling, but the number of pumps may differ because of the pump; use an amount that suits your hair's length and thickness, following the instructions on the pack.

After shampooing and without conditioner, towel-dry thoroughly. Start with a small amount on lengths and ends, adjusting to your hair's length and thickness and the pack's pump directions. Wait 4 minutes without rinsing, then style. Use for your first 4–6 washes, then as needed.
